Carlos & Harley's - Eden, UT

This was my first time at Carlos & Harley's and it was amazing! It was the best queso of my life! Chips were fresh, light, and crispy. Service was fast and very friendly. The shredded beef in my chimichanga was so tender. Presentations were on point! I'll definitely be going back.

Carlos & Harley's never disappoints. They seated us quickly, the service was attentive, and the food was excellent, just like every other time I've been here. I've visited several times and am always impressed with the consistent quality and flavor of their dishes. The atmosphere is great, especially the outdoor seating area, which is one of my favorite spots to enjoy a meal.

We went for a drive around the reservoir and stopped to eat here since it was highly rated. It was very good. I had the three enchiladas. And my friend had the build your own Burrito. Tried the different sauces and I think the poblano was my favorite. We'll definitely come back next time we're in the area.

Carlos and Harley's has gotten even better with the building remodel and upgrades on the menu! The bacon wrapped jalapenos are still there, thankfully, but they have new and delicious items too. We had the ahi tuna appetizer and for the main dishes, the stuffed portobello and seafood enchiladas. Both were full of flavor and deliciousness.

We loved the food and drinks at Carlos & Harley's before, but now with the remodel, revamp, new menu, and new ownership, we were blown away. Every dish was a unique experience. Drinks were top notch. Service was friendly, fast, and helpful. Environment was welcoming.
