Jessie holds a business degree and is currently working towards her Masters in Natural Resource Conservation.

She volunteers extensively within her community and has previously spent four years on the board of directors for a local non-profit that provides affordable rehabilitation services for women.

Jessie excels at communicating with the restaurant’s staff and customers, always looking for ways to improve and elevate the dining experience.

Having spent her childhood at her family’s restaurant, Utah Noodle Parlor, she has brought a unique understanding of the restaurant industry to her position at Carlos & Harley’s for the past five years.

She lives in North Ogden with her three children and loves to travel and go hiking in the beautiful surrounding mountains.
